Getting Started - Connect Personal Inbox

Bring your email conversations into Revo Digital by connecting your personal inbox. This lets you send and receive emails directly from the Conversations tab — keeping all your client communication in one place alongside SMS, calls, and chat.

Why Connect Your Inbox

When you connect your personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), you can:

Send emails to contacts directly from the Revo Digital Conversations tab.

See email replies from contacts alongside SMS and other messages.

Keep a complete communication history for every contact in one timeline.

Avoid switching between your email client and Revo Digital.

Connect Gmail

Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Connected Accounts.

Click Connect under the Gmail section.

Sign in to your Google account and grant the required permissions.

Once connected, your Gmail will appear as a sending option in the Conversations tab.

Connect Outlook / Other Providers

Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Connected Accounts.

Click Connect under the Outlook or SMTP/IMAP section.

For Outlook: Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize access.

For other providers: Enter your SMTP and IMAP server settings, email address, and password.

Click Save and test the connection.

If you're using two-factor authentication, you may need to generate an app-specific password for SMTP/IMAP connections.

Send Emails from Conversations

Open any contact's conversation in the Conversations tab.

Click the Email tab in the message composer.

Select your connected inbox as the 'From' address.

Compose your email with subject line and body.

Click Send — the email goes from your personal address, and replies come back into the conversation.
