Getting Started - Setup Social Planner

Manage all your social media accounts from one place. The Social Planner lets you create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms — saving you time and keeping your brand consistent.

Connect Your Social Accounts

Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner in the main menu.

Click Connect Account or the + button.

Select the platform you want to connect (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Follow the authorization prompts to grant Revo Digital access to your account.

Once connected, your account will appear in the Social Planner sidebar.

Connect all your social accounts at once to streamline your workflow. You can post to multiple platforms simultaneously.

Create and Schedule a Post

Click + New Post in the Social Planner.

Select which social accounts to post to (you can select multiple).

Write your post content — the editor shows a preview for each platform.

Add images, videos, or links as needed.

Choose when to post: Post Now, Schedule for a specific date/time, or Add to Queue.

Click Schedule or Post to finalize.

Use the Content Calendar

The calendar view shows all your scheduled posts across all platforms.

Drag and drop posts to reschedule them.

Click on any post to edit, duplicate, or delete it.

Use the calendar to identify gaps in your posting schedule and maintain consistency.

Review Post Performance

After posts are published, view engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) directly in the Social Planner.

Use this data to understand what content resonates with your audience.

Double down on high-performing content types and adjust your strategy accordingly.
