Getting Started - Setup A Booking Calendar

Let your clients book appointments directly from your website, funnel, or link — no back-and-forth emails required. A booking calendar streamlines scheduling, reduces no-shows, and keeps your day organized.

Create a New Calendar

Navigate to Calendars in the main menu.

Click + Create Calendar.

Choose your calendar type: Simple Calendar (one-on-one appointments), Round Robin (distribute bookings across team members), Class Booking (group sessions), or Collective (require multiple team members).

Name your calendar and set the appointment duration.

Click Save to create the calendar.

Configure Availability

Open your calendar and go to the Availability tab.

Set your available days and hours for each day of the week.

Add buffer time between appointments to avoid back-to-back scheduling.

Set minimum scheduling notice (e.g., at least 2 hours in advance).

Configure how far in advance clients can book (e.g., up to 30 days out).

Click Save.

Block off lunch breaks and personal time in your availability settings to prevent clients from booking during those hours.

Customize Booking Form

Go to the Forms & Payment tab in your calendar settings.

Add fields to collect information when clients book (name, email, phone, notes).

Add custom fields for specific information you need (e.g., service type, reason for visit).

Configure confirmation and reminder notifications (email and/or SMS).

Click Save.

Share Your Calendar

Copy the direct booking link from the calendar settings to share via email, SMS, or social media.

Embed the calendar widget on your website or funnel pages using the embed code.

Add a booking button to your emails and landing pages.

Your clients can now self-schedule appointments at their convenience.

Manage Appointments

View all upcoming appointments in the Calendars section.

Click on any appointment to view details, reschedule, or cancel.

Automated reminders will be sent to reduce no-shows.

Track appointment history and notes for each contact.
