Getting Started - Launch an Email Campaign

Ready to captivate your audience? Launching an email campaign is one of the best ways to engage your contacts and drive real results. Whether you're promoting your services or simply staying top of mind, a well-crafted email can significantly boost your conversions.

Start From An Email Template

Every great email campaign starts with a stunning template. Think of your template as the blueprint for success — it's the foundation upon which you'll build compelling messages again and again.

Navigate to Marketing > Emails in the main menu.

Click on Templates.

Browse the template library or search by category.

Click on a template to preview it.

Click Use Template to start customizing.

Edit Email Template

Editing your template is where the magic happens. This is your chance to truly make the template your own by adding your personal touch, brand voice, and compelling visuals.

Open the template in the email editor.

Use the drag-and-drop builder to rearrange sections, add images, and edit text.

Customize colors, fonts, and spacing to match your brand.

Add personalization tokens (like {{contact.first_name}}) to make emails feel personal.

Preview your template on desktop and mobile views.

Click Save when you're satisfied.

Dock the edit panel to the right side of the screen to work side-by-side with Email AI for faster content creation.

Create Email Campaign from Template

With your refined template ready, it's time to share it with your audience! Turning your template into a live campaign is straightforward.

Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.

Click + Create Campaign.

Name your campaign and select the template you just edited.

Configure campaign settings: From Name, From Email, Subject Line, and Preview Text.

Select your audience — choose a contact list, tag, or smart list.

Choose your sending method: Send Now, Schedule for Later, or Batch Send.

Review everything and click Send or Schedule.

Always send a test email to yourself before launching to check formatting, links, and personalization tokens.
