Getting Started - Edit Membership Courses with the New Course Editor

The new Course Editor gives you a modern, intuitive interface for building and editing your membership courses. With improved drag-and-drop functionality, inline editing, and better content organization, creating professional courses has never been easier.

Access the Course Editor

Navigate to Memberships in the main menu.

Click on the membership/course you want to edit.

You'll be taken to the new Course Editor interface.

The editor shows your course structure on the left (categories and lessons) and the content editor on the right.

Edit Course Structure

Drag and drop categories (modules) to reorder them.

Drag and drop lessons within or between categories to reorganize content.

Click + Add Category to create a new module.

Click + Add Post within a category to add a new lesson.

Rename categories and lessons by clicking on their titles.

Delete categories or lessons using the three-dot menu (⋯).

Edit Lesson Content

Click on any lesson to open it in the content editor.

Use the rich text editor to add and format text content.

Embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or upload directly.

Add downloadable resources (PDFs, worksheets, templates).

Insert images, code blocks, and other media.

Add quizzes or assessments to test student knowledge.

Click Save when you're done editing.

Use the preview button to see exactly how your lesson will appear to students before publishing.

Configure Course Settings

Access course settings from the gear icon in the Course Editor.

Set course visibility: Published (visible to members) or Draft (hidden).

Configure drip content schedules to release lessons over time.

Set completion requirements — which lessons must be completed before advancing.

Customize the course thumbnail and description that appears on the membership portal.

Manage Student Access

View enrolled students and their progress from the Members tab.

Manually add or remove student access.

Track completion rates for individual lessons and the overall course.

Send notifications to students about new content or updates.
