Getting Started - Create and Send Invoices

Professional invoicing made simple. Create branded invoices, send them to clients via email, and track payment status — all within Revo Digital. No more spreadsheets or third-party invoicing tools.

Create an Invoice

Navigate to Payments > Invoices in the main menu.

Click + Create Invoice.

Select the contact (client) you're invoicing — or create a new contact.

Add line items: Enter the service/product name, description, quantity, and rate for each item.

Add discounts or taxes if applicable.

Set the due date and payment terms.

Review the invoice total and click Save.

Customize Your Invoice

Add your business logo and branding in the invoice settings.

Customize the invoice template with your company name, address, and payment instructions.

Add notes or terms at the bottom of the invoice (e.g., late payment policy, thank you message).

Set default tax rates and payment terms to save time on future invoices.

Set up your invoice branding once in Settings > Business Profile. It will automatically apply to all future invoices.

Send the Invoice

Click Send to email the invoice directly to your client.

The client receives a professional email with a link to view and pay the invoice online.

Clients can pay via credit card (through your connected Stripe account).

You'll receive a notification when the invoice is viewed and when payment is received.

Track Invoice Status

View all invoices in Payments > Invoices.

Track status: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Paid, or Overdue.

Send payment reminders for overdue invoices with one click.

Export invoice data for your accounting records.

View payment history and generate reports for any time period.

Recurring Invoices

For ongoing services, set up recurring invoices that are automatically generated and sent on a schedule.

Choose the frequency: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

The invoice is automatically created and sent to the client on the scheduled date.

Track recurring invoice history and manage active subscriptions from the Invoices dashboard.
