Getting Started - Migrate a WordPress Site
Moving your existing WordPress website to Revo Digital is straightforward. This guide walks you through the process of recreating your WordPress site using Revo Digital's website builder — giving you the benefit of having your website, CRM, and marketing tools all in one platform.

Prepare for Migration
Before migrating, gather the following from your WordPress site:
All page content (text, headings, descriptions) — copy the text from each page.
Images and media files — download all images from your WordPress media library.
Site structure — note your menu/navigation structure and page hierarchy.
Forms — document what fields your contact forms use.
SEO settings — note your page titles, meta descriptions, and URL slugs.
Third-party integrations — list any plugins or services you need to replicate.
Recreate Your Site in Revo Digital
Navigate to Sites > Websites and click + New Website.
Choose a template that closely matches your WordPress site's layout, or start from scratch.
Create each page from your WordPress site (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.).
Copy your content from WordPress into each page using the drag-and-drop editor.
Upload your images to the Revo Digital media library and place them on the appropriate pages.
Recreate your navigation menu to match your WordPress site structure.
Set up contact forms using Revo Digital's form builder — these will automatically capture leads into your CRM.
This is a great opportunity to refresh your content and design. Don't just copy — improve! Update outdated information and optimize for conversions.
Configure SEO Settings
For each page, go to the page settings and enter your SEO metadata.
Set the Page Title to match (or improve upon) your WordPress title tags.
Add Meta Descriptions for each page.
Configure URL slugs to match your WordPress URLs if possible (for SEO continuity).
Point Your Domain
Once your new site is ready, update your domain's DNS settings.
Navigate to Settings > Domains in Revo Digital.
Add your domain and follow the DNS instructions.
Update your domain registrar's DNS records to point to Revo Digital instead of your WordPress host.
Verify the domain connection.
Your website is now live on Revo Digital!
Consider keeping your WordPress site live until the DNS change fully propagates (up to 48 hours) to avoid any downtime.
