The Launchpad is your personalized onboarding guide inside Revo Digital. It surfaces contextual nudges and checklists that help you complete essential setup tasks, discover features, and get the most out of the platform — right when you need them.

What is the Launchpad
The Launchpad is an in-app onboarding assistant that appears as a checklist widget inside your Revo Digital dashboard.
It tracks your setup progress and suggests the next steps based on what you've already completed.
Nudges are contextual — they appear on the relevant page at the right time, so you're never overwhelmed.
How Launchpad Works
When you first log in, the Launchpad widget appears in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.
It presents a series of setup tasks organized by category (e.g., Contacts, Email, Calendar, Funnels).
Click on any task to be taken directly to the relevant settings page with instructions.
As you complete tasks, they're automatically checked off and your progress bar updates.
You can dismiss or minimize the Launchpad at any time — it will remember your progress.
Contextual Nudges
Beyond the checklist, Revo Digital shows contextual nudges as you navigate the platform.
For example, when you visit the Contacts page for the first time, you may see a nudge suggesting you import your existing contacts.
When you open the Email section, a nudge may guide you to set up your sending domain first.
These nudges are designed to help you discover features naturally, without reading lengthy documentation.
If you've already completed a suggested action, simply dismiss the nudge. It won't appear again for that task.
Customize Your Onboarding Path
The Launchpad adapts to your business type and goals.
Focus on the tasks most relevant to your immediate needs — you don't have to complete everything at once.
Return to the Launchpad anytime by clicking the rocket icon in the bottom-right corner.
